Production methods

Obtained by catalytic hydrogenation after condensation of glucose with monomethylamine. Add anhydrous ethanol and dry glucose to the reaction pot, and introduce dry monomethylamine gas at 50 ℃. After 1.5-2 hours of reaction, the solution gradually clarifies. Continue to maintain at 50 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain a glucose methylated chemicalbook amine solution. Then add it to the high-pressure vessel and, in the presence of Rexhlet nickel, pressurize it with hydrogen to 2.5 MPa, and stir at 80-85 ℃ for 1-2 hours. Then, after cooling and pressure relief, the material is discharged. The upper layer of methylamine ethanol solution is cooled and crystallized, filtered to obtain crude methylamine, and then refined to obtain the finished product.
