Dissolve the crude product in 1N hydrochloric acid, filter with activated carbon, add a small amount of vitamin C to the filtrate, neutralize with 2N ammonia water to pH 3.5, and precipitate a large amount of crystals. Let it stand at 0-10 ℃ for 4 hours and filter. Wash the filter cake twice with distilled water containing a small amount of vitamin C, and dehydrate it once with acetone. Dried levodopa at 60-70 ℃. Based on soybean flour, the yield is approximately 2%. L-dopa can also be obtained by oxidation of L-tyrosine. Dissolve tyrosine in formic acid and phosphoric acid, heat up to 40 ℃ and hold for 12 hours, then dilute with 20 times distilled water. The diluent adsorbs unreacted tyrosine through strongly acidic styrene based cation exchange resin, and then undergoes post-processing to obtain the finished product.
