(C) is cyclized and hydrolyzed to form 2- [3,5-dichloro-4- [(4-chlorophenyl) cyanomethyl] phenyl] -2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-3,5-dicarbonyl-1,2,4-triazine-6-carboxylic acid (D). Using mercaptoacetic acid as a solvent, (D) undergoes decarboxylation reaction at 170 ℃ to generate diclazulide. The process of cyclization and hydrolysis is as follows: 7.8 parts of compound (C), 1.98 parts of anhydrous potassium acetate, and 120 parts of glacial acetic acid are stirred and refluxed for 3 hours. After adding an appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid and 30 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid, continue stirring and refluxing for 10 hours; Then concentrate, cool, and filter, and the filter cake becomes compound (D).
