Preparation
Solid-phase synthesis method was used to prepare Semaglutide peptide powder. Direct chain peptides Aib8, Arg34GLP-1(7-37), and fatty acid acylation agents were synthesized using the solid-phase synthesis method. Under alkaline conditions, the fatty acid acylation agent synthesized using Chemicalbook was used to modify the direct chain peptide Lys26, resulting in Semaglutide. The self-made samples were subjected to biopotency assay using time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer immunoassay.
